Directions
Adults – Take 1 tablet, twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

- Blessed thistle and Fenugreek have traditionally been used for their galactogogue properties and may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers, thus improving lactation.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
