WHO, WHEN & HOW?

WHO:

Tri- and team sports competitors, bodybuilders and weight-training individuals, carb and weight conscious people.

WHEN:

Consume between meals, 60-90 minutes before exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise.

HOW:

Shake or blend 28g (1 level scoops) with 200-250ml  of water. It can also be added to milk or other beverages. The use of a hand blender is recommended.  Take up to 3 serves daily.
