Directions
Adults and children over 12 years:
For health maintenance – Take 1-2 capsules daily with food.
For relief of symptoms – Take 2 capsules, three times daily with food.
Children up to 12 years:
For health maintenance – Take 1 capsule daily with food.
For relief of symptoms – Take 1 capsule twice daily with food. Capsules may be burst and added to milk or juice.
