WHO, WHEN & HOW?
WHO:
Team sports competitors, bodybuilders and weight training individuals, ‘hard gainers’who have difficulty gaining weight or retaining muscle.
WHEN:
Use between meals or 60-90 minutes before training and/or within 30 minutes after exercise.
HOW:
Add 65g (approx 1 1/2 scoops) to 350mL water (or whole milk) and shake or blend until mixed. Can be used up to three times daily.
